Shared navigation, a hero you can act on, and My Hangar
One header and footer for every page. Play, Aircraft, Meet Lloyd and My Hangar, grouped into a single Menu on phones. Destinations that are not built yet are simply absent rather than shown as “coming soon”.
Homepage hero. Three real actions at the top: the featured aircraft lab, today’s challenge and the arcade. A short line on who makes the site, with Meet Lloyd one link away.
Today’s challenge. One question a day from the Sunday Brief collection, chosen by the date so everyone gets the same one, answered with the same explanations and pilot’s perspective as the briefs.
My Hangar replaces My Flightbook. Brief progress and Aircraft Atlas progress in one panel, plus optional preferences (explanation depth, favorite aircraft, mission interests), a saved-plans list, and export, import and delete for everything the site stores in your browser. Existing progress is kept as it was; nothing syncs between devices or with the game.
Aircraft Atlas, multi-aircraft. Pretty routes at /atlas/<aircraft>, an aircraft switcher in the header, per-aircraft identity and fact tables with a Sources & provenance drawer, and a page, poster and share image per aircraft. The Cherokee 180 remains the default.

The Aircraft Atlas
An interactive 3D Piper Cherokee 180 at /atlas: six systems and 64 parts to pull apart, isolate and inspect, with guided tours and short checkrides.
Works without WebGL. A text and schematic atlas with the same content when 3D is unavailable, and deep links for every system, part, tour and view.
Progress in your browser. Atlas exploration and checkride results are recorded on the device and shown on the homepage as well.
Homepage. An Atlas section with linked system chips, a share card rendered from the model, responsive hero image sizes, asset caching, structured data and a branded “off course” page.
The Sunday Brief. A three-minute learning brief each week from a collection of twelve, with “I’m curious” and “I fly” explanation levels and a link to its source.
My Flightbook. Completed briefs and revisit reminders, kept in the browser with no account.
The Hangar, Time Back and the cockpit. Beechcraft Baron 58P and Piper Cherokee 180 stories, the door-to-door travel time comparison, and a Piper cockpit explorer with instrument questions.
Field notes, sources and follow-ups. Heritage features, photography and source credits, privacy notes, an RSS feed, a Sunday calendar reminder and links to the game.
